Hayati is a pre-diagnostic AI wellness platform that analyzes facial elements to surface early wellness indicators. The Service provides:
- • Element intensity scales (1-10) for facial analysis
- • Condition-wise weighted aggregation
- • Confidence tiers (High / Medium / Low)
- • Human-interpretable wellness reports
3. Limitations of Service
Hayati is NOT intended for:
- • Medical diagnosis of any condition
- • Treatment recommendations or prescriptions
- • Emergency medical situations
- • Replacement of professional medical consultation
- • Use by individuals under 18 without parental consent
4. User Responsibilities
By using Hayati, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate information when creating an account
- • Use the Service only for personal wellness awareness
- • Not rely solely on Hayati results for health decisions
- • Consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns
- • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform

Our MVP accuracy target is approximately 75%. We are transparent about our current capabilities and will publish updated accuracy metrics as we validate and improve.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HAYATI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. RESULTS PROVIDED ARE WELLNESS INDICATORS ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL ADVICE.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hayati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
